I suppose I should start labeling the patterns I use huh. I noticed other people do that, but i thought it was because it was their own patterns. The ribbon woven one is "Eyelet & Ribbon" from tanglepatterns.com instructions below! Im always trying to find a new way to use a pattern, so I suppose I succeeded!
OUTSTANDING! All of the tangles you used are new to me and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I especially like the one in the center that looks like one of my daughter's ruffled hair ties. Your tile is simply amazing!!
Blogger needs a "like" button for comments! I think I will take the all CAPS as a HUGE compliment! Traci, if you haven't purchased the tanglepatterns guide, you totally should. Its the best 12 bucks I ever spent!
This is a fascinating tile, with a personality all its own. I love the tangles you used, and especially the way you worked eyelet and ribbon around the corners. Great job!
Great work I really like the tangle that looks like it has been sewn on, I haven't seen that one before.
ReplyDeleteQuite lovely. Hope to see more of your work.
ReplyDeleteLove both your work and your blog! Very nice! Never seen the ribbon pattern in the middle. What is it called?
ReplyDeleteKeep smiling and enjoy Texas!

ReplyDeleteReally nicely done. I love the eyelet and ribbon!
ReplyDeleteMonica you have created a wonderful piece with the boldness of the border, delicate eyelet and ribbon and drama in the centre.
ReplyDeleteAgain your shading gives this square an amazing appeal!
ReplyDeleteWonderful work, all your tangles and shading compliment each other beautifully!
ReplyDeleteLove the fun funky tile. I especially like the beautifully shaded ruffly bit around the center.
ReplyDeleteWow great depth in your work just perfect shading.
ReplyDeleteA great tile!!! I love the 'lace' in it.
ReplyDeleteGreat shading, and I like way your eyelet & ribbon adds a softness and contrast. Thanks for naming the tangles you use - I love when that's done.

ReplyDeleteLove your eyelet! I need to work on mine. They don't look nearly as good as yours.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! These tangles work really well together
ReplyDeleteWhat more can I say about your wonderful creations. I like how you made your hibred puffy, the lacey tangle makes a nice border around the center.
